 This is a rock art image of a face with a distinct topknot hairstyle at the crown of the head. 

No similar pieces are believed to have been discovered anywhere. 

This style was notably worn by Indigenous tribes such as the Sioux, Crow, and Mandan. Particularly in the Plains region, where it was discovered. 

Each of these tribes had unique variations and meanings associated with their hairstyles, reflecting their distinct cultural practices and social structures.
